The guy had a website CaptainCaleb.com which had some racist stuff but other stuff that was funny with some good memes and satire.

I only took note mostly because he was a local guy.

He disappeared from voat months before it went down and none of his posts showed up in searches.

There are some screen caps of his webiste at archive.org and a whois search shows the domain is now owned by a Chinese company.

He was CaptainCaleb420 on Reddit, no post in over 2 years.

Strange how the guy just disappeared. Maybe dead or in jail...

Yeah , I remember him, funny but a bit racist. Up in New England (Massachusetts, maybe?).

You can't find him on searchvoat because he posted on the anonymous QRV and only identified himself in the post text or comments.

His domain owned by the Chinese (did they buy it recently?) is interesting.

If I remember correctly, he did have a shady past and some run-ins with the law.

He was also using pics of Edgar Mulhare, and I think he said Ed's relatives were after him for it.

So your conclusions are probably what happened to him.

Ya, he was from Cape Cod... local... which is why I originally took note. And ya, pics of the "Ghost & Mrs. Muir" captain... Funny the family would go after him.

Kinda weird poof and not a trace anywhere for a guy who liked to post in various forums a lot... Prolly doing 8-10 in the brig somewhere. He was gone before the "insurrection" so prolly not in solitary for that....

I think the family didn't want Ed's image associated with some of the stuff on Caleb's website. Also, he was using it without permission of the estate.

I didn't realize he was on reddit, don't remember seeing the name anywhere else, either.

I think he was gone before Voat closed up shop. But yeah, one day, poof!

Maybe we'll hear from him in 8-10! 😄
