And when the good white christians stop alienating the good white non-christians who would otherwise be an ideological ally - maybe we could get somewhere... Every man is entitled to his faith, but in regards to our survival, it is inappropriate to ensure every conversation includes quotes and discussion of the bible. The problem being a great many do not want theocratic governance. For many, ‘for the bible tells me so’ is not a valid position from which to enact legislation governing a nationstate. There needs to be a way to find a truce between us because it is necessary.
