How about changing it to "Persist with Impunity"?

I think that is much clearer than "Edit Upload"

Edit upload —> Edit upload

vs

Edit Upload —> Save changes

“Edit Upload” starts the action of making changes. “Save changes” confirms the changes.

No?

I mention it because sometimes when I need to edit an upload to add a custom thumbnail or correct a typo, I see the second “edit changes” and think to myself “I already pressed that.”

But maybe that only makes sense to me. It wouldn’t be the first time.
