That 10s webm video file is malformed/corrupted, that's why if fails to upload. I'll add some code to detect that and return an error.

FIY The latest vid8 2.0 update does automatically convert webm to mp4.

Also direct joggle webp/webm links in vid8 aren't permitted because they aren't safe).

I'm not familiar with exactly how it works but (((webm))) is a google linked format that allows for intercepting identity IIRC. .mp4 isn't, .mp4 isn't a wrapper like webm it's the actual audio and video.
