When viewing the My Channel page on Vid-8 I see a row of navigation buttons:

  • left arrow
  • digits 1 through 5
  • right arrow

As I have more than one page of videos, I click the right arrow to view the next page. Instead of a page of videos I get an error message: Sorry our server returned an error! We've been notified, please try again shortly.

The expected behavior would be to present the next page of videos from my channel matching the currently active filters, as shown in the first image.

Edit: Note that clicking the digits seems to work as expected.

What was the error? I can patch it on the main repo.

Hey Anthony! Nice to see you around.

There was a missing slash (/) right before "user" in line 11 in /views/viewPartials/channelOverviewPagination.pug

.../user/${channel.channelUrl...

Without it, a second /user/user was added in the url, causing that 404 error.

Lol I wasn't able to replicate it but I trust that this was the fix: https://github.com/mayeaux/nodetube/commit/1cec93bc78497e4216987b9dddd39f8ebe3ffaac

And it's funny he mentions a third instance, I guess which was poltube.app . Did you ever see that site? It was taken down before I even learned about it lol

Never heard or saw that instance before.
