From the upload page. What is the timeline on the video?

You mean when what time of day was it taken? It was a friend channel flipping through c-band recording whatever was on the commercial and backhaul channels. Some of it is recorded, some is live, there's no timeline - it's all mixed.

I mean't video length. I can probably re-encode it for you and make it a ton smaller with little to no quality loss.

4:40:28. Original dump was from VHS, and it's in XVID currently.

I can reduce the size, I'm sure, but the video quality is already shite from being VHS.
