unless I am having some kind of cache problem, this is what I get with openssl:

the expire time is today at 8am (europe time)

Firefox gives the same error:

The problem was on the host side (Wan access was down for the VPS), I restarted it and it successfully restated the certificate renewal.

maybe that depends on the timezone and is not invalid in the us yet
