This is the second time I've notices this. Are views capped at 3400? Are my videos being deleted?

Nope. They tie into your bank account but credit card is optional

Well personally the bank account thing I think is worse but just a personal opinion there. I think I have a PayPal solution I can roll out in the next day or so.
