I tested blocking myself (via comment section of ).

Now I can not comment on my own videos and can not unblock myself.

Two more things I have noticed:

  • Setting a video to NSFW makes it unlisted. But I can not even find it through my own channel page, so the only way to access it is the URL or it is lost.
  • One can not yet link to comments.

But the uploader of Vid8 supports Drag&Drop and does not need hours to render like BitChute. BitChute's uploader does also not support Drag&Drop and can not auto-generate thumbnails.

How did you block yourself anyway? Doesn't seem like there's a link in the comments to do that. It would be from the user profile, but there's no option to block when viewing your own.

Maybe you blocked the sub you were posting to. I would look into that.

I think AOU removed that self-block link shortly after I posted this, but it was there this morning.
