I tested blocking myself (via comment section of ).

Now I can not comment on my own videos and can not unblock myself.

Two more things I have noticed:

  • Setting a video to NSFW makes it unlisted. But I can not even find it through my own channel page, so the only way to access it is the URL or it is lost.
  • One can not yet link to comments.

But the uploader of Vid8 supports Drag&Drop and does not need hours to render like BitChute. BitChute's uploader does also not support Drag&Drop and can not auto-generate thumbnails.

The current state of Vid8 is SFW, that’s why videos tagged as NSFW aren’t listed. I’ll fix that later.

Regarding the self blocking, that’s probably a bug since you’re not supposed to be able to block yourself. (kinda like Snake on Nokia phones)
