Some users on portable devices (laptops, smartphones) might want to save battery or mobile data. For those users, a quality option like 360p could be quite useful. (And for people accessing Vid8 through VPN because their country, Iran for example, has heavy Internet censorship.)

And for videos above 1080p (e.g. 1440p, 2160p), a quality option in between like 720p could be useful too.

Obviously, offering more quality options in between would require more space storage for the different encoded versions, but at least one option in the lower range (240p or 360p or 480p for videos with at least 720p) could be useful to many.
