Depends how it’s implemented. If you use a vpn to connect to a secondary oconus vpn that’s paid for using Bitcoin with endpoints in countries where torrenting is completely legal, it’sa highly effective tool that amounts to too much trouble to get to the bottom of.

If you have nothing to lose, I say god in ya’ brother! Seeding is only one of many ways to fight back against Israel.
