Looks Tartarian/Old Empire. I bet it had all sorts of antiquitech, and free-energy fireplaces. Wouldn’t be surprised if it had a whole underground story or two, which had originally been at street level, but got buried in the mud flood.

Yeah I've heard rumors about Tartaria, and how buildings in Australia like this were so beautiful and all are torn down to hide the past. Check out Pitt, oddly a ton of his alleged designs were torn down...all awesome.
