I couldn't believe it true when I read that post title. It seems the judge is putting quick deadlines to just go through the motions and then will let DOJ have their way in the end. A stay on gag pending the review by the Appeals Court makes sense, but judge wants to let DOJ provide the answers on why she can impose the gag anyway pending the appeal, deadline 10/25. She'll likely reinstate the gag after that.

You don't think she is intelligent enough to support an unconstitutional gag order. She needs the (((DOJ))) to frame her argument for her. She lifted the order because she can dace sanctions for implementing the order in the first place.
