I can tell you the difference between 60 and 120 is night and fucking day. For me personally, I can see that 240 is even clearer than 120, but it's not as significant of a jump as it is between 60 to 120 or 30 to 60.
I absolutely agree. I cannot use a 60hz monitor anymore now that I know how good 144 hz is. Just draging a window across the screen, it's obvious.

I keep my main display at 60Hz for non-gaming use since it can only do 120Hz at 1080p and not at 4K. Heck, I even play some games at 30FPS so it's not a huge deal to me. 30Hz for every day use would be terrible though, even normies would notice it.
