They are just afraid of what we will find out as well as how much $$$ they stand to lose if we repair things ourselves. It's a lot cheaper to replace a few resisters or fuses than it is to replace a entire logic board.

From the post: "“Right to repair” reform (making it easier and more affordable to repair things you buy) is extremely popular among consumers across both sides of the aisle.

It’s obviously less popular among automakers, tractor builders, tech companies, and other corporations looking to monopolize repair and boost revenues by crushing independent repair shops under their bootheel. Said companies have spent years trying to claim that making it cheaper and easier to repair the things you own poses untold privacy and security threats to the American public."

The full context is probably that, if you're able to understand and investigate the component level, you'll see all the jew spy shit they shove into absolutely everything from toasters to farm tractors. And does undermine (((national))) security

If cars get any shittier I'm going to reboot an old Dodge Dart with a 318 and never look back.

I drive a old car. It runs, its paid off, I have no major problems with it. Unless I am forced to I see no reason to go buy a newer vehicle. Even then ill try to get one that does not have all of the "connectivity" shit in it. If I want it, ill add my own head unit and car-puter.

That's all horse and bullshit. Right to repair removes the incentive for you to go buy a new X because that's cheaper than fixing it. That's, mostly, why they are against it. That's why so many things are designed and built in a way that once you take it apart, it probably won't go back together.
