if this is relative to cell providers being out, some folks are claiming it's due to a cloud misconfig, some say it's peering... which would mean regardless of the platform (agnostic) there remains a single point of failure (SPoF) which should give folks an even greater sense of urgency as it comes to alternative means of comms... also means there isn't really any evidence that cloud agnosticism works, at least for comm-grid.
