A dumb phone for calls at 14.

All child-security and child-focused apps and restrictions are worse, just like Youtube Kids is more dangerous than just normal when you disable auto suggestions and use it on incognito. But each parent must known for their own child, as children develop differently. Definately girls shouldnt be using smartphones nor social media before 18.
