As you'd expect it's a differential amplifier. In the die shot it looks like the two beefy outputs are on the left, GND1 second from top left. Inputs upper-right, latch enable lower-right. V- looks to be bottom center, V+ top center. GND2 would then be top-left.
Whole thing in a ceramic package. Those were so neat. Seems like most had gold-plated pins as well.
