The only people that are outraged by this are the ones that: 1) Haven't been paying attention since back in the days of "Carnivore" and "Omnivore", and, 2) Are so stupid that they never understood that was it's intended purpose from the very beginning.

The same ones that thought facebook and twitter were just "social media" platforms for "staying in touch with friends and family", not the most enormous data harvesting machines in history.
