This was discovered in the 19th century when the 64-foot pipe was installed on a pipe organ in Berlin and when the "Gravissima" note was played during the first rehearsal of "Night on Bald Mountain" the sound caused musicians to immediately lose control of their bowels and involuntarily defecate.
