Or simply look at an IC foundry and understand the energy and pollution costs to make Diborane gas and extract gallium from Bauxite refining. And noble gases that are needed to be present for sputter deposition doping (which Russian happens to be a key supplier.)
The doping and photolithography process all use and produce environmentally damaging and toxic substances. The worst coming from LCD panels and solar panel foundries. Like all the nasty shit jews do, they drop those foundries in China.
