MS (((outsourced))) all of their development to poo-monkies long ago. Not surprisingly, they're now decades behind and falling further.

They love talking about all the big fucking shit they think they're doing, but they have failed for at least a decade to do even the simplest of simple shit correctly. In their case, the simplest things are the most important, because they want to own the fucking kernel and file system for fuck's sake.

And they can't even do that responsibly.
