I like to play horror movies on my phone while I sleep because it makes me have nightmares and I love me a good nightmare. Adrenaline is a free drug. Sometimes I do it too many times in a night though and I get too hyped to sleep.

Adrenaline is a free drug.

Not very pleasant. Too much during stressful driving, negative impact.

Like almost all things, it is good in moderation.

When I'm too pussy to do something and someone really pisses me off, adrenaline makes me a shaky tough guy for a while. So yeah, it has its uses.

Have a coffee. It relaxes me.

Wow awesome idea! It’s been a LONG time since I’ve had a nightmare. Even then if a demon showed up, I’d often grab it by the face and bite a chunk off.

I think I had a nightmare like 5 months ago. I woke up and was like… was that… a nightmare..? Holy cow!

What movies you put on loop?

Well I don’t really put them on a loop. My brain is weird. People normally have like 3 hours of sleep before they enter rem sleep and rem sleep is when we dream. I enter rem sleep immediately upon sleeping. I didn’t know this until I taught myself to lucid dream. Idk why my brain works this way. So whatever I fall asleep to will sometimes play into my dreams. So just creepy videos or movies will do it turn on auto play on YouTube. Like a couple months ago I was watching halloween link- https://youtu.be/AJ21AhULdO4 And my dream was me being chased through the house by a monster. Or I’ll go to sleep to 28 days later. I really like zombie dreams. This is a good movie website though If you want to try https://dopebox.to/home
