i don't know how everyone doesn't understand this. literally everyone of these project goes the same way starting with Solyndra under Obama. Request a shitload of money for whatever "progressive" idea is the flavor of the year and label anyone opposed as a backwoods retard who doesn't understand science and hates the future generations. Then when that money comes rolling in, the vast majority never makes it to the cause it was intended and gets eaten up by everyone with their hand out that helped pass the bullshit in the first place. When the media gets around to covering the scam years later they just shrug their shoulders and claim the project just didn't work out. rinse and repeat. how'd that aid to Africa work out? oh we artificially inflated their population rather than invest in our our countries and years later our leaders decide to import them because they're so great?
