I've been at only one place that gave me a month's pay and that was a company ran by one guy and was already loaded and I think he legit felt bad for being unable to bill me out since I was doing off the wall DevOps shit that he wanted to stop doing and focus back on audits. Everywhere else has been vacation payout and 401k severance. That's called the real fucking world. These twitter 3 month's pay cocksuckers can fuck the right off with their "it's not enough" shit.
