US. universities, tech. companies, government labs, etc. are full of Chinese students, scientists. So leaking's are inevitable. In this case someone from US. side 'voluntary' give a tech to Chinese. Stupidity, bribe or retarded political decision? Damage is done, but no one is responsible for this.... like usual. And without any consequences, in future will be more shit like this.
