People get pissed at me because I don't look at my phone when I'm at work or at the bar or at home so I really only look at it when I'm shitting or driving

driving

That’s obviously the best time to check your phone.

It's called multi-tasking and it is a very efficient way to use your time

Humor aside, human beings simply aren't capable of multi-tasking... It's a fucking myth. I'm not big on supporting laws that restrict individual agency while driving, but given that I live in the society I do; cell phone drivers are an active threat against everyone in their proximity.

I was hit by teenaged cell phone driver as she blew through a stop sign and permanently injured me, but apparently that text just couldn't wait.

I hope you're trolling, faggot.

Do you have good enough insurance to take care of a quad you rear end on the highway?

I have seen these cunts use text or fuckerbook or whatever they do while driving with a car full of their shitty kids. I hope when she crashes she takes them with her. Some people have no business reproducing.

I know a fag that was going to try to enter a BitLocker key while driving. The guy that was on the phone helping him ripped him a new one.

Well I'm old he is older.. about 40 minutes in he literaly complemented me for not getting my phone out the entire time... thought it was weird. We exchange numbers because I do constructing remodl8ng he texted me and thanked me for talking with him.. little weird but i get it

It's not really a mobile phone if you don't take it out.

It's not really a phone if you don't talk to people on it.

I do that. Most of the reason I take my phone to work with me is to call my wife on break. It sits on a table in do not disturb mode while I'm working.

Text, phone calls, and a car maintenance app is the most used items on mine. I find it to be a colossal waste of money for something I do so little with and cost so much.

I've never spent more than $50 on a smartphone, and each has lasted years. I bring my monitoring overlords all their surveillance data at thrifty prices.

dumbphones are a thing. you can still get phones with removable batteries.

dumbphone database where you can select the features you want on the side bar to narrow results.

Never had one. Never will. Once I became aware of all the BS that comes with it, partly due to my own research, and partly due to Snowden, it was off the table for good. Same for WiFi, IoT, and similar crap. A landline is enough for me. Them eager to trade privacy for convenience are no different than them eager to trade their freedom and liberty for supposed security. Every concession made to BigBro is another nail in the coffin of The Constitution and Bill of Rights.

Your lack of modern devices is noted in their database, as are your internet viewing habits.

I'm with Theodore on this one. I take my phone but I don't look at it until break. Not so much while driving though. is hardcore. I heard he can shit, drive, chew gum, smoke, do crosswords, drink, and check his phone all at the same time...

I have to have mine with me. I run a business so its not really an option to leave it at home. When we go camping we all (my family) power them off and leave them in the vehicle. Its probably the only time I see my old lady go more than an hour without looking at her phone.

Can't, need it for work.

I don't leave it in case I need it for an emergency, but if I'm say walking my dog, it is on airplane mode in my pocket.

I spent years writting software for phones amoung other things. I don't carry one. I'll plug one into the car for emergencies. I can't do anything productive on a machine without a keyboard.

Rooted, vetted OS ROM, deGoogled, custom recovery ROM, airplane mode, turned off, and sometimes battery removed, and even then I often leave it at home.

I love leaving it at home. I enjoy when people get mad that I leave it at home.
