yeah, but the flip-side of that is no criminal would ever find another criminal guilty. judges and prosecutors need to be held to a high standard where they could be hanged if they are not upholding the laws. any intimidation against judges or jury should have the same fate. There is no excuse for these things, and currently there is no punishment.
