I was surprised at the performance of the M1 chips. Only problem is they are only in Apple products.

Yes. I use/troubleshoot them on a daily basis for work. The whole "they just work" adage is a load of shit.

How so? What can't their devices do that us useful to the average person? Not a "power user" someone that has better things to do than fiddle with tech.
