Intel has a lot of diverse employees, I'm sure they'll come up with something.
Intel was always bad at chip design, but they used to have the smallest process sizes and throw more transistors at every problem. Now they no longer have the best process and they throw trannies at the problems.

I was surprised at the performance of the M1 chips. Only problem is they are only in Apple products.

Yes. I use/troubleshoot them on a daily basis for work. The whole "they just work" adage is a load of shit.

How so? What can't their devices do that us useful to the average person? Not a "power user" someone that has better things to do than fiddle with tech.
