Math equations and philosophy logic claims that in a universe that is destroyed by high energy experiments, the universe does not exist, and therefore ours is safe.

But, M-Verse theories allow for possible shifts.

As for micro black holes David Brin's "Earth" and Larry Niven's "Hole Man", Its unlikely they can be created without a threshold mass.

Even a lab made Bose-Einstein Condensation of rubidium atoms would need astronomical amounts. The mass of rubidium needed to form a black hole would be 2×1017 kilograms, about 20 times the mass of Mars' largest moon Phobos

However... smashing super large particles together in just the right way might create a micro black hole, but it would radiate energy as it interacts with other particles assumedly.

Something quirky keeps going on with the CERN device.... it keeps having weird "accidents" and setbacks, including SQUIRRELS sabotaging it.

Yeah, it's a mostly philosophical concern of very few scientists like: "if you try to create exotic particles, how can you know you're not creating a black hole. IMHO not a real danger, but good enough for memes and conspiracies.

Too costly and inefficient. Helicopters are much better suited for this task and in some cases you can even get them donated to your faction for free by the (((us army))).
