I can agree with people thinking that they are smarter than what they actually are I can agree on any kind of "technology" to be used in combat. If you are able to replace a fighter jet pilot with some "automated" target an fly... well, one of those jets will kill many of the ennemies. If the rules of the game are explored enough computers will reach to the "best" solution way faster than a human. If there is a "technological government", there will not be any basic income, just slaves. Really, why spend energy to produce goods for useless piece of meat ?
