Jam GPS? Your phone will just fall back to cell towers and WiFi signals to do location. Some even use Bluetooth.

My thought as well, why use a complex jammer when you can just isolate the device with a passive shell?

If you have a modern car it is also tracking you.

Some of these jammers will plug right into your cigarette lighter and also run under battery power so it is still running when parked for brief periods, etc.
