Those are antique. Most transport aircraft have a database of ground based navaids. They do sensor fusion with GPS, navaids, and INS for navigation. Actual navigation performance is reported as an expected deviation in nautical miles, and is monitored to be less than the required navigation performance for the route.
Oh yes probably, I'm just saying that GPS isn't the only thing out there and that planes won't fall out of the sky if it gets turned off
If you ever listen to suspicious observers, the guy was going on recently about magnetic field activity that could cause issues with navigation.
Couple days later boom. All those flights got canceled for "various reasons".
