I'm still amazed by the number of people who think they can successfully sue place like PayPal because "equal protection" or "free speech." It doesn't work like that you fucking idiots. The Constitution limits the power of government, not the power of private individuals or their businesses. In fact, the Tenth Amendment specifically grants individuals all the powers not granted to the government by the Constitution. So, it literally says they can do that.
