Long story short, shortly after jobs died and they changed the header on apple.com I emailed Tim Cook. He had the head of apples web development department contact my cell phone(at the time I was an apple consultant) to ask why I thought what I thought, I told them keep it simple stupid(a direct jobs quote) and explained my position further. They changed it back, for 48 hours. Whoever is in charge now is not trying to create products people want, they are trying to copy what is already out there.
