I'm personally more productive. But then again I'm a developer and my work is mostly solo and focused, so distractions like other people in an office, excess noise, etc. are worse than the distraction of being able to fuck off and not do work if I so please.
Someone coming over to talk to me while I'm writing code or debugging or testing something is far more distracting and takes longer to retask than e.g., messaging me on Slack about that same thing.
Meetings are a pretty bad time suck, but the whole company is WFH so everyone is conscious of not being stuck in unnecessary meetings and we often re-evaluate whether we need to be in certain meetings to keep the number to a minimum.
