I'd like to be able to use an insulin pump for off-label use by hacking the radio sender/receiver. Hopefully this law would help me to get around the encryption.
Won't work, companies will pull an Apple and simply create custom tools (BMW already does this) to dismount the parts, or make the parts into blocks instead
