Does not surprise me none at all. Amazon has been dodgy for at least a year now. In the beginning I'd go to buy something, and they would posh the crap out of the Amazon Prime, which I always ignored. Well I decided to try it about 8 months ago, after I looked over their site to see how much I was planning on buying over the next few months qualified for free shipping. Well now, I signed up, got that Amazon Prime free shipping on that item, went back next month and all the other items I was planning on buying now no longer qualified for said free shipping. So basically I had paid something like $10 or $12 dollars for Amazon Prime free shipping that would of cost like $8 shipping otherwise. So I stop Amazon Prime. Go back to buy one of the items I wanted 4 or 5 days later, and surprise, it now qualifies for Amazon Prime free shipping....so I check all the other stuff on my list, and 10 out of 12 once again qualifies. The scam is you have to look through their site, figure out which all items qualifies for Amazon Prime free shipping, join Amazon Prime, buy every item that qualifies on the spot....but first you have to figure out if the combined shipping you would normally pay is less than the $10-12 for Amazon Prime. Too much BS for me! I only buy from Amazon if I cannot find it somewhere else.
