Waterfox would be second when it comes to a Firefox based browser that maintains privacy(it has Mozilla telemetry and other Mozilla bullshit disabled), although it still has Google Safe Browsing.

Depends on your interpretation of privacy. Waterfox sends an user-agent that makes you very identifiable. Be sure to change it.

Random Agent Spoofer, and uBlock, umatrix plugins. Ideally though you probably want a fingerprint that is most common or just a randomized one that changes often.
