You are assuming that the only alternative to starlink is other space based internet.
In my area you can either pay 75$ for 100 gigs at 3.5mbps or now I have starlink for 100$.
If space based internet really does effect the bottom line of the cell phone companies servicing my area, they will increase data caps and maybe upgrade the speed.
I chose the more expensive option. Consumers don't always go for the lowest price. Maybe that is how you base your consumer decisions but for internet at my lake house this one it was not cost. I don't even visit it through the winter.
I already agreed that costs will go up. A new car no longer costs 725$.
Your idea of what it means to win is laughable.
YOU STILL NEVER READ MY ORIGINAL POST!
Cant you read?
It mentions NO CELL PHONE SERVICE
Why the fuck are you talking about cell phones?
You are a paid JIDF dis-enchanter trying to make high IQ people flee social sites.
YOU ARE PRETENDING to be illiterate.
I know you can read, and I wrote this exactly :
For 4 years it is miraculous, low latency, cheap, fast, and near unlimited... but in 4 years, if you are in a GPS location lacking cable your fees will be 500% higher, and if no CELL PHONE access either... your fees will be OVER 20 times higher per month.
I wrote that and you keep on ignoring my words and trying to change them
