I swear sometimes I think the entire country needs to be rebuilt from the bottom up. Why would critical emergency services be anywhere near the public internet? Things like that should be completely isolated.

I heard about this on the news last night and was surprised how little coverage it got anywhere today. Kind of a major deal, especially to those affected.
