They should be easy to catch right? Just like if someone from INDIA did the SAME thing in CONJUICTION (almost ALWAYS an INSIDE job these days) with their friends in US IT.
Interesting, are WE subject to Chinese law here in the US? How about India? Are THEY subject to OUR laws penal wise? HOW do you CATCH them? HOW do you PUNISH/STOP them????
