Ok check this out: https://github.com/paveloom-f/lbry-desktop Basically, LBRY only deletes videos from their apps using filters, BUT, since the videos are on the blockchain, they don't ever get deleted. So there's people out there that make different 'Forks' of an interface that can browse the LBRY blockchain without any filters. So there you go.
