the possible Chinese invasion of Taiwan

It's not in China's interest to go into a literal war with the West. It goes against their Belt and Road Initiative.

You can't have an economic development and inter-regional connectivity in war torn zones.

The only reason for China to go into a war is if Taiwan declares its independence.

Never underestimate the stupidity of Communists.

If they were smart, they would not be Communists.

This is a good post. Added it to my library of pdf's.

I see what is described here as all the more reason to raise tariffs and encourage industry to decentralize, especially the critical supply chains.

Semiconductors are not the only industry with these issues and vulnerabilities.

Decentralized supply chains are less efficient, but more secure.
