They will be condensed into a smaller area. This more heat per unit of area. This more heat. Unless the grand idea is to spread the circuits out over the same area at the same density which would completely negate the need for a smaller size.

That's not how any of this works, moving to a smaller node improves efficiency, the increased clocks will match the previous generation's power and thermal budget. There is no way it's gonna produce more heat from a smaller area with the same or less power, it's basic thermodynamics.
