Every iteration of Windows has been an attack on the control panel. This shit has been infuriating for years! Microsoft literally doesn't want you to change settings. Downgrading or Linux is the new upgrade.

This one. 8500 seats now we manage. Settings is far easier for a lay user. We actually have more self help articles now with settings rather than control panel, because control panel is confusing for most lay users, even with specific instructions, and many complain it's text is to small. It also exposes things lay users don't need to see.
