Absolutely. Tape systems make up the backbone of many a disaster recovery plan for industries that have large amounts of critical data. I'm glad to see tape has once again had its life extended well into what our current needs are. Fujifilm wouldn't have put the money into this research and development if there wasn't a real world need for it.
