Tor was created by US mil. - Navy i believe - in order to communicate securely - it is still (last i checked) funded by DoD/Navy
apparently they released the source to encourage civi's to use it, the logic being that the more people on it, the more 'noise' on the network and thus the harder it becomes to identify who's talking to who

well, then you know more about the subject than me...i havent seen anything regarding navy funding..but then i never looked either. They cant control bitcoins..not to say they dont like digital currency. We both know that everything is about total control these days in almost all areas of life around the globe and the governmental grip is tightening. When you control the flow of currency ..you control the people. Just like food and other resources.

wow, what i also dont like seeing is the Sida - (Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency) involved in this....that country is gone..and under full UN control..anything coming from there is suspect at best.
